Title: Restoration of the Windshield Wiper Reservoir
Post by: Mark69Sportsroof on December 04, 2016, 10:43:00 PM
Hey Everyone,

I'm trying to figure out a way to restore the appearance of the windshield wiper reservoir.  Over time it goes from the original color to a darkish yellow tint
color.  I believe it's a normal transformation.  Does anyone have any success in this procedure?

I tried the search feature but nothing came up.  Thanks Mark

Have heard about using high-strength solution of Peroxide, leave the reservoir soaking in it out in direct sunlight.

Peroxide can be dangerous at high strength, if it gets in your eyes, can cause blindness.

Try a web search on this, should find some more info.

Where would I get the high strength peroxide?  I believe the local stores carry peroxide but on 3% strength.  Thanks Mark
