No such thing as "MCA approved" parts. Should not be included in any catalog description IMHO since the program of "approval" was short lived and ended over a decade ago

Have not seen the system but would expect that it falls short (read deductions in judging should be anticipated) when compared to original systems or better reproductions like a Fuller product.

It is made of steel pipe. ;)

I have used it or ones like it on several cars. It falls far short of a original or a Scott Fuller reproductions but it gets the job done and is very affordable. I would expect to see a 2-3 point deduction for it's use at a MCA national provided you are using correct clamps insulators and tips. No question the Fuller is best but a $3K exhaust just is not possible for everyone.

Marty, is 3k for a six cylinder ?  Scotts products are the best though.

No, 3K was for duel exhaust W/ transverse muffler for a GT350. I do not think Scott has any regular production exhaust for six cylinders.

Since we have morphed into other exhaust system manufacture's here, what about Precision Exhaust out of Connecticut (I believe)? Their web site seems to show some nice systems...
I would not pay the Fuller prices, especially if you are going to run the car.

............ especially if you are going to run the car.

Some do ;)  Its just choices we each have to make.

They are just about the same as the other reproduction suppliers excluding Fuller.
As said it is about choices and what level you want your car to be.

So, this is from personal experience, correct?

Yes I have one car with the Fuller system and it took 35 minutes to install. Also several of the other manufactures on other cars one took a entire afternoon and three trips to the muffler shop till I was satisfied. That was the day I decided to buy the Fuller the next time.

Believe Bob was attempting a bit of humor and suggesting that the one thing that was correct in that system is that its at least made out of steel pipe ;)  And that is what the two systems has in common.

Now that the majority of us need to have single exhaust, will Scott consider or start producing a single exhaust system that is just as equally great as his dual exhaust system?
