Well, that confirms the door was painted at least in certain cases to match the interior panel colors except white. So, default door color is Charcoal gray unless otherwise specificed - so to speak.
Now I need to head over to the boss forum and correct a post I made.

Yes white was always odd or different on 69 & 70 fastback/sportroof cars in relationship to the treatment given to the trap door. This can include other panels to the rear of the quarter panel covers apparently depending on when and where the car was built in 70 as 69 are pretty consistent
