Houndstooth blue & white vinyl roof

 An coworker of mine is looking at a 1970 coupe found in a barn which pastel blue, blue & white houndstooth vinyl roof, and blue interior. Other than that all I know is car is a V8, automatic and 70k original miles. I asked her to try and get some more information on the car. Question is how rare is the blue & white houndstooth roof?

IMHO they are rare and unpopular when the cars were built and now.  If he's thinking this will be a valuable car because of the rare roof covering I think he'll be disappointed. No telling if its in usable condition after all these years and I believe it would be difficult to find replacement material

A Marti report would support the finding (if its original) and even provide (likely) documentation that it's a one of one or one of ?   based on all the options
