For insurance purposes, she will have to go through an accredited appraisal service/company.

Say Charles,

I've heard that there were 333 High Country Specials produced, 35 of which were convertibles, and at least one of which was a fastback. They were all produced in San Jose on the same day July 15, 1966. It hadn't occurred to me that some might be 6-cylinder cars. Is my understanding above correct? Do we know anything else about this special edition?

How about asking your insurance company for a reference?

Maybe a bit unrelated, but there were 6 cyl. Ca. Specials. also. Won a $10 bet when a  Camaro owner, at a cruise nite, said that Ford NEVER put the GT designation on a 6 cyl. car. Next month's cruise, came with proof ie a 6 cyl. Ca. Special feature in Mustang Monthly. Believe that Laurie knows the owner of that car.

May want to contact Bob Teets here in Colorado.  He runs the High Country Special registry.  Send me a PM if you want his contact info.

Thanks
