Steering column detail

1969 Cale II:
Here is a before and after shot of the end of the steering column. What I learned from this site helped me make it look this good. All natural metals, gunblueing for the spot weld detail, interesting that they used black masking tape to hold the gasket on the metal plate so it would not fall off while bolting it in. Mustangs are not column shift but the ends are similar.
