As happy as I was to land the h-pipe over this past winter, yesterday's haul makes that look like peanuts! Here is the back of my truck all loaded up for the drive home:

In it are:

- (L/R) 0 mile takeoff tailpipes and mufflers.

These things are mint as they are uncut. Someone actually had the mind to take them off the correct way!  :o

- (4) Michelin Pilot XGT Z4 Tires (225/55ZR16)

The tires are also takeoffs from a Feature Car. Being that they are 22+ years old I won't be able to drive on them but for Unrestored class, which looks to be the direction I am headed, these are perfect!

- Motorcraft BX-58C Battery

The holy grail!!!  :D This little beauty is period correct but not date correct as it date coded for a '94. Since date codes on batteries aren't judged for Unrestored it will work just fine for me until if/when I find a '93 date coded one. For 21 years old, the labels on this thing are immaculate.

The list of parts I still need now is greatly reduced and I will have a fun winter of preparing the car for summer 2016!

- 1969 Mustang Coupe #1 - spent 2 years on body work only to be rear ended and having it totaled on the way to the paint shop :(
- 1969 Mustang Coupe #2 - Sold in 2006
- 1993 Mustang Feature Car - In process
- 1994 Ford Lightning - Sold in 2004
- 1994 Mustang GT - runs low 9's at 148mph :)

actually date codes are checked in the unrestored class. one of the things that verifies the definition of unrestored. items are not removed to check though.
