Just posted a new article written by jwc66k from this site site. It documents his effects to replace the 65-68 (non-AC on later years) heater motor wiring harness and motor reassembly.

What was not mentioned was this blower motor was rebuilt, along with the heater, for a Shelby GT-350, 6S1902.

There's a revised part 1 to the Heater Blower Motor now in effect. Briefly, there's a retainer on the shaft and a thrust washer. The revision gives some suggestions on how to remove this retainer and reinstall both. The picture shows what I'm referring to. For more info, see the text in the library.
