68 fender bolts
« on: April 22, 2014, 02:02:49 PM »
Can anyone confirm an exact head bolt for a May built 68 dearborn car.  The car was apart and I know there were different style heads.  In the AMK kit that came with the car was a boat anker style.  Thanks for any input.

Sorry don't have sany good close ups of the fender bolts from a May car.

Best I can offer is the following

From 8F170960

From  8F205312- two different styles were on this car. Only one of the "T" style was used the rest with the "F"

Armond,
It was nice meeting you at the 50th. My April car had the .... over T for the fenders, the trunk hinges had the "23" bolts.  I have a picture of an unrestored Cougar 427 GTE with the wavy rectangle bolts for the fenders.
