This might be a little off topic, but I saw that Kevin Marti has original factory invoices for 1984, 1985, and 1986 Mustangs.

So he has the original invoices....cool!!  can he also do one of his reports on these years?

Got this off his website ""VIN reports are currently available for Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles, made in North America from 1967 through 1979. We will be offering VIN Reports for 1980 through 1999 vehicles soon."

Can you still get the later model years from Ford?
My son has a 89 LX 5.0 I would like to get one for.

I think you can get information on later years, contact Ford and ask (Ford Customer Service 1-800-392-3673).  AFAIK the 999 report is free.
