I am working to preserve my original upholstery on my low mileage '05 GT convertible so I bought some replacement front seats that are in very nice condition but it looks as though the seller may have tried to remove the upholstery from one of the seat backs. The two Piece rivets are missing and I need a couple of them.
I tried calling my local Ford Dealer and the parts man claims that Ford does not have a Service Part Number for these rivets. He emailed FMC to request more information but hit a dead end.
I attached pictures of what I need (taken from the other side that nobody attempted to remove yet) to get a clearer picture and a section from a page in my Ford Service Manual (items #6) to show a better general view of where they are located.
Is there anyone else who may be connected better with Ford who might be able to point me towards a supplier of these rivets?

Did you find any seat supplier info such as Lear?

No, I have no clue who supplies to Ford. I see the seat cover has a "Hecho en Mexico" notation

I thought I would bump the thread again once more...
I wish to get the seats into the car.
Any ideas for an alternative rivet-style replacement at least? I have aske my Ford guy at the local dealership if any word came back from his Ford Forum/email search and so far no results that direction. All I am coming up with is to try a wide zip-tie...which seems rather lame.
