This Mustang is discussed in more detail on the HP Mustang Forum http://www.hipomustang.com/hpmx/ in the bottom section, Pricing Info.

Guess it's difficult to say something is 1 of 1 when other members of that forum post pictures of their sapphire blue K code also.

This kar hit $70K at the Las Vegas Mecum auction in Nov 2017 and failed to meet the reserve price.

This kar had a reserve of $100K and will never meet it.  I'm sure the owner is simply trying to get his money back out of the very extensive restoration and can't stomach taking such a severe loss in money.
Currently:  1966 Ford Mustang Fastback, K-code, Signalfire Red, Black interior, 4-speed

Like many things in life - one can think, hope or believe what they want but at some point reality (in this case what someone else is willing to pay for the car) kicks in.   As the car is marketed around the country and the world even more costs pile up, condition of the car can suffer and time marches on deteriorating the work that has been done.
