67 390 Radiator

Think I found a radiator for my 67 S code, but want to confirm part number etc. says C7ZE on it and on a small tag is G6 or a 9 backwards. Any thoughts? Heres a couple of pics, sorry I had to resize them a coupe of times

Where your car was produced would be relevant to the determination if radiator you found is the assemblyline correct one for your car.

Also what transmission was original

It was build in San Jose, build date of 7/67, automatic transmission car

The one you found is from a different supplier than the supplier that was used for San Jose in 67 so the location of the markings you found are different. Sorry.

One your looking for will have a FoMoCo in the top tank




The supplier (Modine) mark and date in the top tank. This location on this style of radiator is hidden under the top strap




And an ID tag on the drivers end of the top tank over the side strap. Did not check your application of the specific tag used in the picture. As you can see this one is in a air conditioned car.
