69 Unibody Observations - E Brake Bracket

While searching pictures to answer another question I ran across a little detail I had not noticed before. Sure others have - if so forgive me
It appears that at least two different designs of stationary emergency brake brackets were used during the 69 production year. Have not looked through every 69 picture yet to see if there is any pattern and since few of the pictures do not show every detail not sure if we could determine what stamping plant produced which bracket
So far I've found the one piece version on San Jose and NJ cars, while I've found both the one and two piece version on Dearborn built cars
Some examples to illustrate
9F02R4808xx One piece
9F02R4815xx Two piece
9F02M4818xx Two piece
9R02R1315xx One piece
9R02R1181xx One piece

Jeff,
My first impressions were that the two piece retainer utilized the second piece as a doubler for additional strength. That was a common practice in design work in stressed areas. Considering that, the two piece design would be on later cars, or in Ford's case, when existing stock was used up. There is also the possibility the mod never got to the body subassembly site.

Jeff I have been trying to tie this extra plate & rear shock extra plate (staggered) to spring 69 when the beefed up boss 69 1/2 302 & big suspension F-60-15 Shelby change as that's when these 2 features show up.
