Would an Autolite BF-32 have been the factory installed spark plug?

Your owners manual should be the first place you look. Yes that is would is called for. If a pleasure driven car a hotter plug is in order . BF42 or equivalent is a typical replacement . BF 32 would be best for if constanly spirited driving. The colder BF32 have tendency to foul out in stop and go traffic.
