Here is the Rad. support all trimmed and media blasted. Anyone out here ever installed a rad, support with the front cross member together as 1 unit? If so i have a question about the tab in the rad support that's spoda b spot welded to the frame. With the cross member already on the support, the tab's are boxed in.

The metal on the lower front frame is a lot thicker than the rad support.  If you don't have a spot welder, it's going to be tough to plug weld and make it look right.  You might want to stick to replacing just the rad support if your original front cross-member is in good shape.

Tks for the come back Charles. The front cross member is all jacked up as well. I'll be replacing both as 1 unit.

Got the rad. support and front cross member off tonight. Man it took a 3rd of the time to cut it off the car as to trimming the used part's on a table. Here's some pictures and the reason for replacing the front cross member with the rad, support.

Looks like replacement was unavoidable!

Right front apron removed and new in place, used rad. support and front cross member in place and all clamped in place. All ready to weld in.
