Post by: preaction on July 15, 2017, 08:27:06 PM
I'm not sure if its my nomenclature or this hasn't been asked before it didn't come up in a search the large corral in the front grill has 12 mounting points (studs) there are not threaded what fasteners are used to mount this to the grill ? My assembly manual shows the studs but nut the fastener.

Before going further, I want to be sure what you are asking about. Are you asking about the grill molding (shown in the attached picture), or the wider piece that is mainly Argent painted ?

I believe the answer to your quest will be found in library section of this forum.  They were a tin self tapping nut.

Bob, there is a small corral that goes around the horse in the center of the grill and then there is a larger corral that goes around the entire opening I have always seen them referred to as corrals, and then comes the trim you posted a pic of. The large corrals takes 12 fasteners. Sorry I forgot to mention that the library section for this info is in an Microsoft office format, I don't have office on my computer.
