'68 Brushed Aluminum Panels
« on: May 20, 2010, 05:40:37 PM »
Picked up an OK condition upper console.  A few minor wobbles in the aluminum trim, which can be flattened.  Wondering what the best process to restore the brushed surface is... make up a jig and run a scotch-brite pad or high grit sandpaper evenly along the length... or ????  Is it left bare or coated?
