It was a great show and a super venue. I got to see some of you there and that is always fun. There was a nice bunch of Shelby's to judge especially a early 68 GT500. A 65 Shelby that Charles Turner helped finish was stunning and not surprisingly won gold on its first show. There was a 67 500 owner who worked in the Ford engine plant for 30 years and had some good stories to tell, one of them about hot testing FEs with no rocker covers on them and about every 4th one catching fire from the squirting oil. That must have been a interesting place to work.
