anyone else having notification issues?

i have the board set to notify me of new posts/replies. sometimes here lately it takes hours for the notification to come thru. is anyone else experiencing this?

At times, I've noticed if I have Private Messages, I do not get the warning (notification) prompt. Doesn't sound like what you are saying though

Happens to me on many forums - they don't end up in my spam or my junk files. Don't know when or why this happens
