From the first picture the radiator does have the attachments for the automatic fluid lines. Likely sold for both applications to reduce inventory needs
C9ZZ-B is shown in the late MPC as the service part number for C9ZE-C
In 72 it was used to service
67 289's with standard & Extra cooling as well as AC applications
68 289's with standard cooling as well as AC applications
68 302's with standard cooling
69 302 2V and 351 with standard cooling
As mentioned above they grouped together applications for the replacement radiators in an effort to reduce the number of radiators they needed to service and sell the most. Good example of a service replacement part likely made well after the cars were built. Date may be Feb 1972, 1982, 1992
