Does anyone have any pics of a 67 "S" code 390 smog system?  Particularly the hose configuration?

I don't have a pic but see if you can get someone with a 67 Osborn chassis manual to scan and email it to you. I believe the 68 manual covers the routing of the hoses and vacuum lines. All I have for a 67 is a smog pulley.

I looked at the Osborn Assembly Manual but it doesn't seem that a system was actually assembled in that way.  It would be nice to see an actual assembly line example.  This seems to be a very rare system and its not likely to see an original example.

Is your car with or without A/C?

Dan, there were about 3 different versions of 67 BB smog so include your build date.

A little help for you as I look for a related picture or graphic

Hoses -

#1 - from the air filter canister to the back of the pump - far outer one on passenger side

#2 - from driver side head tube to back of the pump - far outer one on the drivers side of pump

#3 - from the T at the rear of the engine (passenger side) to the pump - attached to the center hose nipple

#4 - from the passenger side head tube to the T (nipple in the middle of the T)

#5 - from the rear end of the T to the divert er valve - rear most nipple with the valve attached to the intake

#6- from the divert er valve to the PVC valve (other hoses and attachments)

#7 - From hard vacuum line (attached to the divert er valve) to the vacuum block attached to the intake manifold in front of the carb

Hope this helps

Thanks.
Looks like there are extra fittings at the PCV.
Can you see the number on the belt?  Is it the same size as the later CJ system w/o ac running off of the fan pulley only?
