Does anyone know the part number for this Zinc Dichromate bolt that connects your battery cable to your inner fender?  Much Appreciated!

What is the application (year, engine and the like)?

This is from a 79 Mustang Pace Car with a 302

This is the cable. The Metal tab is in the middle where the bolt goes.
