Title: another brake master cylinder cover identification question
Post by: 67gta289 on May 27, 2017, 10:21:50 AM
Here I have another brake master cylinder cover identification need.  This one has the ESA-M6C25-A Ford specification, which should rule out Mopars, and would be Ford/Mercury/Lincoln after 1967.  However, the Bendix 2230647 gasket does cross over to Mopar applications.

The cap is larger than what we see on the Mustang; it is 6" long by 3.25" wide.

Any help identifying the use would be appreciated!  John

There is plenty of applications where they had the larger master cylinders and caps...trucks and some full size cars.  I dont think you can say it only fits one application.
