It looks like a replacement for a two speed heater, no provisions for a resistor. If it's plastic, so much the better. The Ford part number is a nice touch.

I thought the resistor was on the heater box itself and not the plenum?

I bet the high bidder doesn't realize it is plastic and not the paper product like factory.
