Were fan shrouds installed on all 1965 289 2V?
« on: July 13, 2015, 10:32:36 AM »
This may be a lame question, but was a fan shroud installed on all 1965 cars?  Or maybe just HiPo's or cars with AC?  I don't remember the car having a shroud when I had the car in high school and I doubt my folks would have had it removed.  That's not saying that some shop mechanic didn't put it back on...  I've also noticed that many cars (at car shows) do not have the shroud installed.

Thank you,
Kelley

PS.  car has C4 trans and Eaton PSP, if that matters

Good to know, cuz I get that question a lot for my '64 1/2, and I know it didn't have one when I bought it, but didn't know if it ever had one.
