can someone help me with what brand of wipers that were installed at the San Jose factory during September / October 1968? were they Anco or Trico?
Thanks for your help!

I have confirmed Anco for Dearborn but am not sure on SJ. Maybe others.

Thanks Bob...yes I am familiar with Anco at Dearborn for 1969.

Just need to confirm what facility in San Jose was installing on 69 Mustangs during October 1968.

Looking at my pictures it appears that Trico might be your best match. Its what I found one the few that I had decent enough pictures to make out the design. Could go through my pile of ones I've taken off locally but no way to guarantee where those cars were built

I have only seen 16'' ancos on late 69 Dearborn since ford started out with tricos in Dearborn fall of 68.  I would say 16'' tricos on sj cars as that's what I found out west on those cars.

thanks Ed!

My end of January 1969 Dearborn had the Anco's and I had put them on my 69 San Jose for show purposes. That was a mistake that was called to my
attention back in August. Therefor confirming that the Trico's would be correct for my San Jose.

After searching wipers on this site I would guess that late 69 san jose built mustangs (mine being a MAY 1969) would have 16 inch tricos is this correct?  Now if so could someone please post some photos of the anco and trico assemblys.
I apologise if I missed the photos in a posting for these.
