Sway Bar End-Link Bushings
« on: September 13, 2010, 08:22:50 PM »

 Hi All,
thought I'd pose a question as I have noticed some differences between years. The 85.5-86's seem to have green bushings on their sway bar end links. The 84 that I saw at the IMM had black bushings.

I also have a NOS set E2AZ-5A486-C which has black bushings and the tube, bolt and washers apperap to have a black cad plating.

Anyone got an all original 84?? Any thoughts???

I'm not the original owner of my 84 but it's very original and has black bushings. I don't recall seeing the green bushings on 84's before. I'm sure there are low mile, original owner, cars out there, we just need to get them here!  ;)

The 85.5/86 bushings were blue, that over time, turn to look green.  Just my observation.
