Is the '67 fastback sunvisor itself(less the mounting hardware)the same as '65-'66 fastback?

NO! I wouldn't say they woud not screw in but they are different.

That being said....is a '67 fastback sunvisor the same as '67 coupe or convertible?

The 67-68 convertible sun visor is covered with a different material than the coupe and fastback.
