Title: 69 MACH1 Bucket seats

Seat back broke at the hinge pin for drivers seat, I see there was a recall for this. Did the recall apply to the mach1 seats or onlt the low back bucket seats. Anyone care to share any info??

Not aware of any seat related recall/campaign in 69 but there was one in 68

They released a fix and there is a TSB article that was published on the issue also

Below is a picture of a later kit I believe was related to the problem

Thanks Jeff, contacted my local Ford dealer still had both sides on the shelf "GAVE" them to me I repeat "GAVE" no charge etc. fixed both seat backs.
