Title: '67 Door Speakers - locating and adding cut outs.

I'm adding an original 8-Track player to my console and plan to place speakers in the doors.  I belive that if the car came with an 8-Track player the speakers were installed in the doors, not under the center of the dash.

I have the door grills properly mounted.  I know where the cut outs in the door should be relative to the opening in the door grill.   

I'm looking for photos of the speaker cutouts in the door, photos of the speakers themselves and possibly the dimensions of the cutout.
