65 E-Brake Question

Does anyone know what kind and color of material was used to hold the rear brake cables
up during production of a late May 65 SJ car?
I wouod like to put something under the bolts that are in the side of the frame.

Typically would be metal brackets on each side of the framerail where the cable goes through.

Charles,  Thanks for the response. I know about the brackets that are where the cables go over the frame.
This is a bolt that is a little more forward of that screwed in the middle of the frame.
You can see it in the attached picture.

This is a bolt that is a little more forward of that screwed in the middle of the frame.

That bolt held the rear cable out of the way until they installed the rearend in place on the line (it had a thin plastic loop that held the cable with both ends held to the car with that bolt). Once the rearend was in place we understand that the worker(s) would pull on the cable, breaking the plastic strap and then installing the cable end to the rear brake assy.   Plastic strap was  approx 3/4" wide and made from an opaque material IMHO. I've used margarine tub lids in the past to make them

Couple pics of some recent replacement of this item on the K convertible (Feb '65 SJ car)

I found that the plastic was cut clean originally.  Have reference pics of that also:
