I have records of another Z1 radiator designed like the posted in a 66 Dearborn C code automatic car but with a later date code

....and here is mine from my NJ 66 GT Coupe with auto exactly one month and 1 day after yours. Car is a Dec 7, 65 build.

Thank you guys for the lightning fast response!

Is this Z radiator special as opposed to other Dearborn radiators?  The top tank is dent free, I don't know how to tell if it's been re-cored.

The Z1 radiators are V8 with auto trans, standard cooling.  Nothing special other than becoming more difficult to find as the years go by.  That particular radiator would only be applicable to a Fall '64 Dearborn car.  NJ didn't start up production until Feb '65.

To my eyes the top lid is NOT original. The straps are original.

Also, notice the radiator has been recored as you can see the "D" cut out marks from the shop attaching straps and original "X" marks (in holes) missing for solider of straps to lid.

Here is a picture of an original 64/66 DEP lid for comparison. You can see the features are very different.

Thanks!  I paid 40 and it's heavy and the core is good, are the correct top tank available?
