68 Vert Trunk Separator Board
« on: August 27, 2010, 07:55:52 PM »
I have a 67 vert with the original board that separates the trunk space from the well liner.  I have a 68 Vert, July, NJ car that has no separator board.  Should it?  Or did they do away with this as well after the strike?  If yes, is it the same as the 67?  If no, is the bottom edge of the well liner screwed in place?

Remember seeing the first "divider" in a 68 vert that was in, of all places, a late model salvage yard. What was left of the well liner had a thicker edge(hem) at the bottom and it was under the lip of the divider that screwed to the transition part of the floor.
