What would a 66 dearborn 12l build date paint ok stencil look like?

During Nov 65 it looks like they were likely (based on limited original examples) still using the "baseball" diamond style as they did in 65 production. Though it appears that they used stickers one and off during 65 and later in 66 production at Dearborn.  Design included the FORD script and the words PAINT OK at the top and an inspector number centered at the bottom

I don't have any examples of all the other inspection stamps used during 65 production used during 66 Dearborn assembly
