Trunk Mat 1970 -is it original?

here are some shots of my trunk mat in a June 70 built convertible...

appears to be a burtex mat.....is it an orig one?

its in the trunk of a 70 vert I just got that was in Cali most of its life...

anyone know best way to clean one?

Seen others suggest a spray of Simple Green and a soft brush followed by wiping it off with a towel. Work on a small area and repeat, hopefully with positive results
