Could use some help regarding door hinge bolts. Are the bolts painted body color and in place when painted, or are they another finish and when are they installed??

they are painted body color after the doors are installed.

they are painted body color after the doors are installed.
All 22 bolts are phosphate and oil as installed, then painted body color.

Okay thanks, with base clear I am guessing I will need to paint the bolt heads before installation and care taken to not damage the paint.
