Title: Autolite 4100 ID Tag
Post by: Tiny on January 12, 2018, 07:53:16 PM
I was told yesterday that my 66 GT A Code San Jose built Mustang had a 'Brass' ID Tag on the Carburetor and not the standard alloy/tin tag.  Is this correct?

MARK.

the carby is sold you was a C6ZF-E which is correct a San Jose built DSO 71 example which you said your car was.

You are correct the carby tag should be a brass version but as I mentioned to you early on there is no repo example done in the brass style only the alloy/tin which is what you got from me.

let me know if any issues

regards.

No worries Phil, I'm not too worried about it just curious re the Brass Tag.  I'm very happy with the Carby, it is running perfect.
