Title: Award at Pinehurst Concours de Elegance

My King Cobra was awarded third in the Mustang 50th Anniversary class at the May 4th Pinehurst Concours de Elegance in Pinehurst North Carolina. The Mustang IIs continue to gain more respect with each passing year.

That is no easy task!

You had to go against ALL Mustangs!


    Winner: 1967 Ford Mustang owned by Jack Williams from Graham, N.C.
    Second Place: 1966 Shelby GT 350 owned by Stan Simm from Winston-Salem, N.C.
    Third Place: 1978 Ford Mustang II King Cobra owned by Bill and Kelley Maddox from Fayetteville, Ga.

Thanks. We did go against all of the Mustangs there and there were some nice ones believe me. We are really proud of it. We got an invitation to the Boca Raton Concours in February this week. Trying to decide about buying enough diesel fuel for a 1300 mile round trip.
