OE windshield washer switch and pump.  I put this same set up on my 65 GT.  You will need the Black w/White pump wire from the switch, see cut off remnant still in the switch, out to the pump.  Swap for most anything 69 or you can come by and pick it up.  Brian

It is a single speed, based upon the 3 pin molded connector that goes to the wiper motor.  The two speed version has a 4 pin square molded connector.
