Help Identifying this rear sway bar

This rear sway bar came with my 70 Mustang project but I don't think its Mustang. I was wondering if anyone can identify it?
The diameter is 1/2 inch, length from eye to eye is ~48.5 inch and length of arm from black band to eye is ~13.5 inch.

Resembles a 1971-73 Mustang rear sway bar. I think.
