Unrestored - Feb 71 Boss 351 Picture Thread
« on: January 04, 2018, 10:52:17 PM »
Disclaimer: :) As always we need to warn that unrestored does not always mean unaltered by previous owners. Just because this car has/had a specific detail does not mean your car was built just the same. Always do your research, document your findings and make the best choice for you and your expectations.

Cars' VIN is -  1F02R1724xx with a real completion date of Feb 11 1971. Pictures were taken at a car show a couple of years backed. Noticed it was an unrestored car so clicked a few pictures quickly

Car is reported to have had approx 28,000 original miles when the pictures were taken.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Misc1 Just a quick shot of the drivers seat area

Misc2 Car failed the trim and electrical inspection first time around. On the travelers sheet below suggests that either the heater blower or the controling switch was an issue

Two pictures of original 71 and 73 master cylinders with factory black paint. Both total unrestored ultra low mileage examples. Like Jeff indicated his example is a nice original car but looks to had a detail many years ago. Too many repop stickers and parts repainted. Still a really nice looking car.
