65 Dearborn radiator
« on: July 16, 2015, 09:18:09 PM »
Does the 65FB Dearborn rad tank top come with a Ford logo on it? I have a C9ZE D1 8HB rad an shroud laying around with the logo on it.The rad will not fit the 65,it is about 2" wider.

Yes but the application information will be stamped on the side strap for Dearborn. There are some very nice repro 65/66 fan shrouds available from Virginia or NPD.

65-66 do not have FoMoCo on the top tanks like later cars.  Probably best to post a pic of what you have before paying big bucks to re-core it.

Took the rad out,was curious to see the #s .   DEP  C4ZE  8005  Z1  5BB
As picture shows ,the fins are horizontal, 3 core rad,a/c car
How old is this rad? Owned it for 30 years. Rad is OK but I will replace it.
Redoing the engine compartment and under body .

Looks like it could be the original so 50 years old or so

Maybe you can consider just recoring it - in any case KEEP IT  with the car the next owner will likely want it if you choose to go the "replacement" route
