Man if I had the room.  A T-Roof King Cobra.  $2500 is a good price for this.  Yes, it needs to be restored.

Original Motor, Marti Report, Owned since 1978, no wrecks.  Father passed away was his car.  Daughter selling.

I love it, so tempting

Ok, I'm on board.  I would totally have a '76-'78 Cobra II as my daily driver!  BUT... not one that is Midnight Blue with Orange stripes and Orange wheels, with a tan interior.  I'm sorry, that random mix of colors has no style, IMO, and is completely undesirable to me.  Beyond that, it is an automatic, so another strike against it.

Oh I disagree.  I love the color combo.  Plus T-Tops!

I like the Midnight Blue, but the orange IS a bit gawdy IMHO. That said, I'd redo it original for resale.

I had a black King Cobra as a daily driver and ended up getting rid of it in no small part because of my wife's teasing that it had a original 60's Batmoble motif going on.

They have lowered it again!  Wow this could end up being a good deal

The "Rodney Dangerfield" of the 70's Mustangs! (Get No Respect ;) ) Nonetheless....these K.C. II's were as "Bad A$$" as a Mustang could get in the 74-8 realm. I hope this mutt goes to a good home before somebody puts it to sleep :'(
