What an honor.

Saw this car in person at the 50th in Vegas. Have some pics of the undercarriage running around on my PC.

Sweet was it pretty nice in person

Bob Fria's going to have a pretty good return on investment!

Bob Fria's going to have a pretty good return on investment!
That's debatable!
Can you imagine the total hours he has invested in research, has to be multiple thousands.

Bob Fria's going to have a pretty good return on investment!
Has to find a buyer and when we'll see what he gets from it.

I think it'll go for $150,000 but will see

Will it have a reserve price?
I kinda agree with your guesstimate, but it's one of those cars that there's just nothing to compare it to.

And usually a hole in his heart.............but Bob keeps vary busy within the circle, has other cars and "probably will get enough press to last his lifetime" When you are tied to a famous car even the new onwer will promote "the Bob Fria car" on disply

I think that might make a difference but I don't see that car hitting $600k. In my opinion

Mustang sold for $300.000

Bid to 300,000, no sale. No real money on it is the word at auction?

Oh I see

And why do you think that might be? Wonder if maybe the "real money" knows that this is VIN #2 but really has maybe a 1 in 150ish chance of being the first coupe built? Heck, it might be THE FIRST car built, but it seems that any of the other 180 or so has an equal chance of claiming that title. Sounds like we won't know which one of the 180 it is until (if ever) the Ford documentation surfaces to prove it.

Saw that the reserve was $550k
