Title: Front Marker light wiring clip

Anyone know where this wiring clip mounts that holds the wiring for the front marker lights on a 69 Mach 1?

I am not sure about the other picture as I have never seen one mounted to the splash shield.  This is where I have always found them.

Wow, in the link provided, that pic of the zip tie with the big uncut tail piece poking up.
If you work in communications, you get a second chance after not leaving it cut flush, and that's it.
