Hi: New member here and I thought I would stick my toe in the water with this question: when did the installation of the 8K rally-pac first become available in the Hi-Po K cars? My K car was assembled at the San Jose plant on February 16, 1965 and I'm curious if the 8K rally pac was an option at that time. Thanks, Ron

Welcome to the forum. The high profile Rally Pac had an 8K rpm option released in 1964 so that's with-in your car's assembly date. The low profile option was phased in early 1965, sometimes called a 65 1/2 option. That may be more critical to your question.
