Question, is it normal to take off a point for having the plastic heater plenum in concours trailered/driven .........


As mentioned there would be no reason for parts makers to produce really good reproductions if organizations would accept what ever was out there. Carried to an extreme the cars would look nothing like the originals

Got to leave room (if there is a difference in the look, fit .... for the owner that did a 100% job. That's just fair IMHO

Good question that pretty much applies to everything connected to restorations
