1972 Sport Wheel covers
« on: October 08, 2010, 05:47:05 PM »
Does anyone have a recommendation on the Argent paint finish for the 72 sport wheel covers?  I was planning to buy the Eastwood rattle can argent for the raised area.  What would be the recommendation for the black around the raised argent section.  Does anyone know if the center cover would be the same for the sport wheel as it would be for the magnum 500?  I have 4 of them, but he chrome is pitted pretty good an rather than have the expense of refinishing I hoped I could buy new ones.

Might want to try one of the dark argent rattle cans or have it mixed and shot

You can use Trim Black by SEMS in a rattle can or for longer lasting results have some Hot Rod Black mixed and shoot that

Don't believe they are the same
