1969 Toploader RUG AG Small Block Close Ratio

Toploader for sale.

This came with in the 1969 351W mach 1 i purchased back in 1994.  It wasn't the cars original transmission however.

The car was last licensed in 1983.  I started the restoration back in 1994.  However long delays, schooling, jobs, etc, I am now back working on the car.  I just recently decided to change to a 5-speed.  I had the full intention of running this behind my 408W but decided otherwise.  Long story short, this transmission last saw any miles sometime back before 1983 and I feel reasonably confident this is a good unit to start with.

In 1994, I have the recent from work done to it.  If you can't read the picture, it says Dissassemble Trans  & Check.  Replace Front input bearing and rear seal.  Total cost was $150.

I also have a Hurst Competition Plus shifter, linage and mounting plate for extra if interested.

The tag indicates RUG AG which should be for a 1969 Mustang with a 302 or 351.  On the same tag are the numbers 011285 (i think it is a 2).

Other numbers present are:

C8AR 7006-D  W2 M-5

RF C6AR

You are welcome to stop by and take a look. I really don't want to deal with shipping, but if you are persistent then it could probably be arranged for extra.
